  1. To the Ennis family. We were so very sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. We never knew that he was ill. We had the pleasure of having him as a neighbor for many years. He was a good friend to our parents. He was such a lovely man and will be missed by all of the Peard family.

  2. I only just heard now of Mike’s passing, and I am so sorry to hear this. He was my neighbour when I was a kid and had seen him over the years while visiting my late dad. He was such a wonderful man, a gentle soul, and his sense of humour was like a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed our talks immensely. My condolances to his boys, Bernard, Desmond and Dermit, and their families. May he rest in peace with his beloved, Kay by his side. I am so sorry for your loss. He will be missed.

  3. So sorry to hear of Mike’s death. We first met in Dayton (1987) while attending the Dayton Hamvention. Later my XYL Breda and I met Mike and Kathleen in Scarborough where they wined and dined us in style in their home. We had the pleasure of reciprocating their hospitality here in Limerick on a later date. Lovely couple Mike was a great radio ham. Condolences to his sons and immediate family. May he rest in peace .
