Passed away peacefully on Sunday May 13, 2018 surrounded by the love of his family. Predeceased by his parents Eric and Ruth. Cherished brother of Michael , Michele , Jeannette, and Cynthia . Uncle to Shawn, Pauline, Mandy,  Jennifer, Tracy , Kimberly, Tammy, Robbie, Tammy Lee, Michelle, Angela, and Talon”D” and a Great uncle to many . Derrick will be missed by his extended family and friends.

A special thank you to Tony Roach for his love and  support  through this difficult journey.

Visitation at PAUL O’CONNOR FUNERAL HOME  , 1939 Lawrence Ave.E (between Pharmacy and Warden) on Thursday from 3-5 &7-9pm. Funeral Service in our Chapel on Friday morning at 11am.  Cremation . In lieu of flowers donations to the OSPCA would be appreciated by the family.
