SCHOBLOCHER, Elisabeth

At 91 years of age passed peacefully on July 9, 2018. A strong determined woman and loving mother, Elisabeth endured many challenges in her life. Having been born on March 30th, 1927, she bravely lived through the war, fleeing with her family across multiple countries till finally settling in Canada. She was the beloved wife of the late Andreas Schoblocher (2014); mother to Martin, and Andreas; grandmother to Michelle and Mark.

We wish to thank the staff at Sienna Carefree Lodge Nursing Home; they cared for our mother as her own for 4 years, and they have the eternal gratitude of our whole family.

A memorial visitation ceremony will be held on Thursday, July 12th between the hours of 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 17th at Mount Hope Catholic Cemetery at 11:30AM. Join us in cherishing the 91 years of her wonderful life.

Rest in Peace, Omi.
